Responsibilities:

This position will be located in the Bismarck, ND office and will be responsible for all aspects of the month-end close, generating financials, providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projections. In addition, the Accounting Senior Manager will maintain relationships with banks, insurance providers, and external CPAs and manage/lead the accounting, HR and IT teams.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA licensure strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading accounting functions and managing a team is required. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and bring business acumen to the accounting function to move the organization forward are essential. Working knowledge of Excel and Crystal Reports is helpful; experience with an EOS is a plus.
