  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics/Gyn (C-Sections)
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have 3 years of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections
    • Float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub
    • Must be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day)
    • Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff
      • Schedule Information
      • Rotating 8hr shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only)
      • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645
      • Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645
      • Holiday/Call Requirements: Willingness to work holidays and rotate with perm staff
      • Call response time: 15 minutes
      • Orientation: 4-5 days on the unit, 2 buddy call shifts

        • Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 3 years of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo, C-Sections
        • Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p, manager until 4p M-F
        • Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter
        • Scrub Color: Provided
          • Additional Details
          • BLS, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Verification, UAP; Department: OR (Tech)
          • This department has a family atmosphere
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
