  • Shifts & Scheduling: Manager to make schedule - If Day/Night rotate - 7-7 rotation will not occur more than weekly. Will consider block scheduling if unit needs are met.

    • BLS Certification
    • Prefer to have surgical experience, post op, early ambulation experience
    • Ok with first time travelers
    • Do not require RNs to titrate drips
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Times: Days 0700-1930, Nights 1900-0730
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
      • Self-scheduling and Block scheduling options may be considered
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Experience with hemo vacs, Jp drains, colostomies recommended
        • RN not required to read own strips
        • Tele/Monitor techs available
        • RT Equipment includes nasal cannula
        • Tech support: Yes, ratios - 1 tech for 12 patients
          • Additional Details
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles restriction
          • Candidates may not be full or part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
          • Bedside shift report is an expectation
          • Close knit and good culture on the unit
