  • Job Details
  • IR Tech specialty with 7045 code
  • 13-week contract length
  • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, fluoroscopy, etc.
  • Job Duties: Panning and scrubbing
  • Experience or 'Must have' skills: Need scrubbing experience
  • EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm
  • Days+Call - 36hr weekly minimum (scheduled 5-8hr shifts) Call Every third weekend and 1-2 days/week, first to float

    • Shifts & Scheduling: 7-3:30p M-F, Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior
    • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week 730-4 if on call
    • Weekend/Call Requirements: every third weekend on call
    • Holiday/Call Requirements: every other
    • What is call response time? 30 minutes
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Number of suites/labs: 2 labs
      • Number of cases per day on average: 5-10
      • Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivist MD In house 24/7, IR always available, on call after hours
      • Manager/Charge Nurse Each Shift: Team Lead there and working in the lab, with a supervisor
      • Floating Requirements: radiology pre/post requirements
      • Scrub Color/Dress Code: provided
      • Number of shifts of unit/department specific orientation: one week - classroom and lab
        • Additional Details
        • Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes
        • Radius Rule: 50 miles, candidates may not be affiliated with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
        • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
