  • Days+Call - M-F 0645-1515 + call once/twice a week 1515-0645; occasionally M-F 1500-2330 shift or 0900-1730 shift; occasionally Sat/Sun 0700-1930 shift
  • Cover Weekend call approximately every 4th/5th weekend, Fri 1515-Mon 0645, first to float
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have 3 years of experience in relevant field
    • Experience with open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, and Endo required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: Rotating 8hr shifts 0645-1515; 0900-1730; 1500-2330; 0700-1930 (weekend only)
      • Clinical supervisor makes the schedule
      • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645
      • Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645
      • Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff
      • Call response time: 15 minutes
      • Orientation: 4-5 days on the unit, 2 buddy call shifts
        • Unit Specific Information
        • OR - GENERAL/ROBOTICS and OR - ORTHO/NEURO information
        • Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite
        • Average cases per day: 25-30
        • Must have skills: Specific skills related to GENERAL/ROBOTICS and ORTHO/NEURO surgeries
        • Floating Requirements: Willing to float to various specialties and perform as a 1:1 sitter if required
          • Additional Details
          • BLS, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Verification, UAP
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
