Bismarck, ND 58501, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts Job
Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.00 -
$48.00 Department Details Opportunity to work with an
interdisciplinary team to support and care for patient population
that exhibit a vast array of medical and behavioral components. The
unit will be space for patients that have a significant medical
condition as well as a behavioral component which staff will
manage. The unit will also be able to accept med-surg overflow and
could potentially see a lot of movement in and out based on needs
of the hospital. What we are looking for in candidates:

environment. Must encompass strong communication & time management
skills, be detail oriented and exude patience & empathy, even in
difficult situations. Have respect for and an understanding of how
medical and behavioral aspects contribute to patient conditions,
how they present symptomatically and how to manage both areas to
promote best outcomes for patients served. $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
