Job Description:
Contract Length: 26 Weeks (6 Months) with option to extend Shift
Details: 5 x 12 Schedule: Monday-Friday 6a-6p, or 6p-6a (provider
chooses)
Work Details: MEDICALLY DIRECTED --- Support staff: CRNA in every
case; physician is primarily supervising --- Amount of coverage
needed per month: 60 open shifts plus weekend coverage (Will take
multiple providers) --- Patients per day: 1000 cases per month;
daily cases varies, but there are 5 Anesthesiologists on per day
--- Patient population/age: Adult and some health pediatrics ---
Department description: Anesthesiology --- EMR: Cerner --- Hospital
bed size: 318; Level II Trauma --- Skills required: everything
level II; primarily supervising CRNAs (typically only 3 at a time,
never more than 4 on rare occasion); lots of OB, ortho, hearts (not
required but preferred), brain, abdominal or chest trauma, MVAs,
bullet wounds, stab wounds
Willing to License Credentialing Approximately 60 days
