shiftsFull-Time, Part-Time and PRN (as needed) shifts available:DAY

OpportunitiesMinimum of 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday) and
1 holiday per year.A minimum of 8 hours per week as a Medication
Assistant or as needed. Other guaranteed hours will be scheduled as
a CNA.All shifts include rotating weekends and
holidaysDUTIES:Administer medications that are oral, topical,
nasal, rectal, metered dose inhalers, or those instilled within the
eye or ear or through a g-tubeResponsible for passing of scheduled
medications that are administered on a routine basis and do not
require drug calculations, dosage conversion, determination of
need, or assessment of residentResponsible for documentation and
accounting of all drugsResponsible to make certain all medications
are administered and documented as stated on Medication
Administration Record, utilizing the electronic medical record
systemAdministers direct personal care to residentsResponsible to
provide a safe environment for residents and co-workers by
following all established safety policies and proceduresResponsible
for using mechanical lifts and/or manually assisting resident
transfers using forces up to 60 pounds frequentlyResponsible for
transportation of residents requiring the physical act of pushing
and/or pulling a variety of types of chairs up to 30 lbs. on a
frequent basisEncourages the residents participation in the
activity program and assists with transporting as neededWill make
and change linen on residents beds according to the established
procedure or according to the wishes of the residentMust respect
and uphold resident rights in all regards including confidentiality
of resident informationMaintains vigil and care for dying residents
and assist the resident and their family in coping with the dying
process and deathKeeps written notes and record pertinent resident
information on the residents permanent record and report to the
charge nurseDemonstrates Missouri Slopes customer service standards
of excellenceMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or
equivalent requiredCurrent CNA certification from North
DakotaCurrent Medication Assistant II (MAII) certification from
North DakotaSuccessfully pass a drug test, background check,
including criminal history, certification registries, and
employment historyCompletion of training as required by Missouri
